He was right on time for our scheduled appointment. He troubleshooted to find the entry of the rodents entering my unit that included moving the stove, looking under cabinets, inside closets, etc. I have not seen a mouse since his service. I should add that I had paid for other exterminators before Midwest. I would highly recommend Midwest Pst Control. Thanks again Terry. You now have a customer for life.ROB
